1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Final sale items, personalized or custom-made items, intimate apparel, gift cards, downloadable products, etc.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.  
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.
  • Package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your exchange request when contacting customer support. If the desired exchange item is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item. If the desired exchange item is not in stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.  

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.  

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.  

8. Final Sale Items

All items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
