Shipping

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. 

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for the shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 2 business days from when they are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Once an order is picked and packed, it cannot be cancelled.

You have 24 hours to place an order to cancel, otherwise you will need to request a return or exchange when the item is delivered.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

 If you are experiencing non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier. Fat Pins do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as having been delivered.

MISSING ITEMS

If for whatever reason, an item is missing from your package, please contact us via email at hello@fatpins.com to confirm if all items were in one package or if other packages are still in route to you with the missing items. If there are missing items in your order, we will simply replace the missing items free of charge. A new tracking number will be provided for missing items once they are shipped.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains a tracking code and a link that you can use to track your shipment. We kindly ask that you provide an email address at checkout as it is a mandatory field for this reason. If, for any reason, you do not receive a tracking email within 2-3 days of placing your order, E-mail us at hello@fatpins.com and we’ll assist you with the info.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs fees or charges once your package has left our facility.

If customs fees and charges are refused on delivery, your order will be returned to us. Once we receive your package, we can refund you for your purchase. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
